Mowi launches Pure
The international salmon farming company is continuing its efforts to restore consumer confidence in the qualities of farmed salmon. After Suprême, intended for the catering industry, the Pure range aims at providing transparency and convenience. The range, offered in a translucent packaging, is derived from fish fed without GMOs, without antibiotics, and farmed for a length of time of between 18 and 24 months, in low density. It is available in 4 fresh product versions (saku, steak, portion and tender loin) and 4 smoked product versions (Norway, Scotland, organic and traditional). A QR code permits the traceability of the salmon from aquaculture tanks to supermarkets shelves.
